”It’s tough to say what it is, but the atmosphere the fans create definitely helps,” began Shaw, speaking to club media.
“They’ve been amazing this season, home and away. But I think when we’re at Old Trafford we feel unbeatable, we feel good and when we’re there, the mentality is right and that needs to stay that way.
”We also need to have the results we’ve been having at home in away games. That’s where we’ve been poor this season, in away games at times, especially in the big matches when we’ve not been ourselves.
”That’s something we know we need to improve on. But the home performances and results have been very good.”
