Alejandro Garnacho ranked among top nine teenagers in world football

The NXGN list was first established in 2016, with a global network of youth football experts meeting each year to contribute.

Previously, the top 50 youngsters have been ranked, with past winners including Garnacho’s United team-mate Jadon Sancho (2019), plus Jude Bellingham (2022), Ansu Fati (2021) and Gianluigi Donnarumma (2017).

This year, there is no ranking but nine winners have been declared, with Alejandro among them.
