Alejandro also had a message for the United fans for their backing since his emergence from our youth ranks.
The teenager made his debut exactly 12 months prior to signing his new contract on Friday, and has already come a long way in a short space of time.
“I want to say thank you to all the Manchester United fans for this incredible support.
“When I hear them saying my name, it means a lot to me.
“And I want to tell them that I’m giving 100 per cent every day to the team, and to make the fans happy.”
