Paul Scholes names Man Utd’s outstanding player of the season so far

Scholesy’s former Reds team-mate David May was unable to narrow his own selection down to just one player, though. While fellow panellist Zarah Connolly split her choice between Rashford and another World Cup participant.

“The four signings Ten Hag has signed have been really positive – Eriksen, Antony, Martinez and Casemiro,” explained May.

 

“Can I split it between Rashford and Eriksen? ” enquired Connolly. 

 

“As a Red, you’re always rooting for Rashford. You always want him to do really well and it’s really nice to be finally seeing that spark back in him this season. Let’s hope he can keep onto it.”
