Ole Gunnar Solskjaer switches focus to final two Premier League games

Shortly before United’s FA Cup semi-final kicked off on Sunday, the Foxes dropped three points after being beaten 3-0 at Spurs. That result means United would leapfrog Brendan Rodgers’ team in the Premier League table if defeat is avoided against the Hammers and the Reds could still finish third in the table if Chelsea fail to win both of their final games, against Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

“Of course we can’t do anything about that but it’s between us, Chelsea and Leicester for those two last positions and the more help we get from others the better, of course,

“ said Ole.

“But if we do our job on Wednesday we’ll be in a good position. We’ll go into the Leicester game and hope that if we win that one we can qualify.

“We’ve just got to regroup and go again on Wednesday against West Ham.”
